中国台湾固纬PEL-2040电子负载特点
PEL-2000可编程直流,此可以工作在定电流、定电压、定电阻模式下,还可仿真各种动态负载状况,透过序列功能进行负载电压、电流、负载的上升及下降斜率、电流准位、持续时间等参数来编辑负载波形,同时提供外部波形信号控制以及V&I监测功能,测试参数及状态的存储可高达120组,系统可根据自动测试需求,随时由仪器内部的储存单元EEPROM中呼叫出来使用。
PEL-2000系列包含两种主控含机框PEL-2002(可容纳双模块)与PEL-2004(可容纳四模块),采用模组化设计,协助使用者保留未来可能会运用到更高功率需求的扩充性,目前提供4款负载模组分别为:PEL-2020(200W双信道负载模块100W*2 ; PEL-2030 (280W双信道负载模块30W+ 250W) ; PEL-2040(350W单信道负载模块);PEL-2041(350W单信道负载模块)],以PEL-2004来代表zui多可以组成8个通道同步使用,功率范围200W~350W,电流范围0~70A,电压范围1~500V,使用者可依据实际需求,选择的负载模组及控制模组进行组合或自组负载系统,可同步执行多组模组拉载的应用,同时每个模组采用隔离与地浮接方式,避免造成短路回路 ; 现今绿能产业蓬勃发展,PEL-2000 系列符合各式消费性电子及车用能源设备测试的需求,透过外部排线并联控制功能,zui多可以同时控制五个主机框,并让总体的总使用功率达到7kVA。
PEL-2000系列配备RS232、USB、GPIB(选配)接口、GO/NG接口,同时还配备了驱动程序和针对LabView、VB、C、C++等相关测试软件范例。PEL-2000系列主要应用于多信道或单信道输出的AC/DC电源、DC/DC电源模块、充电器及电源类电子组件性能的测试,对设计研发、生产线测试及产品检测作业上提供快速有效的测试方案,同时具有的OPP、OCP、OVP、OTP、低压保护以及正反向极性保护功能,更大幅提高了产品的可靠性、是工程测试及自动测试环境得以信赖的产品。
